Horror Fans United!

As a member of the horror community, it is always heart warming to see fans get behind each other and pull through. I just witnessed that very thing over on TheBloodSprayer.Com. After reading this article (that I will post below) I see just what standing up for your rights can get you. Let me catch you up to speed:

I don’t know if most of you are familiar with Camp Blood or not. If not, here’s the cliff notes. this guy, John Gray, decided to throw on awesome convention. With the aspiration to create the biggest Friday the 13th reunion to date. Apparently that’s all it was, aspiration and fluff. The convention was conveniently canceled. So he rescheduled it. Long story short, things kept happening and the con started to fall apart again. (Either this guy has the worst luck in the world, or is a terrible lier…I’m more inclined to belive that last one.) With the convention never coming to fruition, things look bleak for the hundreds of fans that bought pre sale tickets….or does it….

Through a collaborative effort between Bloody Sprayer, From Dusk Till Con, Days of the Dead, Crypticon and Rock N Shock, Things might start looking up. Everything from comp tickets to auctioning money to give a refund is being arranged. Things are indeed getting better…just no thanks to John Gray.
